Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at viral.pick1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted products. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at viral.pick1@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we are required to refund under applicable consumer law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been sent back.
